What you do What happens to your tickets
Book and pay at least one week before the performance Your tickets will be sent to you by post
Book and pay less than one week before the performance Your tickets will be held for you at the box-office until you come to collect. They will not be released for resale - even if you don't show up!
If we receive no payment in advance Your tickets will be held in your name until 60 minutes before the performance, after which they will be released for sale.
Note that the box-office opens 75 minutes before the performance.
 
Payment Method  

Use a credit card on this web site:
You can now pay for all tickets with a credit card. The normal booking form attached to each show can be used to make a payment by credit card. You can even use this if you have already reserved the tickets by phone or post (just check the "already reserved" box at the bottom of the form).
No further confirmation is necessary since we receive a confirmation from the credit agency directly.


Pay using a Bulletin de Versement at the Swiss Post Office:
In the motif de paiement box, write internet booking and the date of the performance(s) booked. Make the Bulletin payable to Theatre in English (CCP 12-20568-3).
If you are making your payment no more than 3 days before the performance, then please confirm the payment by sending or faxing us your payment stub to +41 22 341 5192.


Pay using a pink Bulletin de Versement via e-Banking:
In the motif de paiement box, write internet booking and the date of the performance(s) booked. Make the Bulletin payable to Theatre in English (CCP 12-20568-3).
Confirm the payment by sending or faxing us a copy of your e-banking acknowledgment page.


Post us a copy of your booking form with a cheque (on a Swiss bank only, please)
